## Title: Documentation Officer/Treasury Administrative Officer
About the Company
Our client is a trading and manufacturing group with diverse investments in consumer goods, electronics, automobile accessories, paper, and other high-impact products. Due to expansion, they are seeking a Documentation Officer/Treasury Administrative Officer.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and track trade-related documents such as ECD, BoE, and other required paperwork from initiation to clearance
- Maintain effective working relationships with banks and financial institutions to support treasury operations
- Prepare, update, and maintain treasury reports, trackers, and compliance records
- Handle documentation related to bank facilities, credit lines, and other treasury transactions
- Coordinate with banks for execution of instructions, facility renewals, and other related matters
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental objectives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, treasury, or administrative support roles
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual
- Strong interest in finance, treasury, or accounting
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Previous experience in a finance-related or administrative role (advantageous)
