## Title: Documentation Officer/Treasury Administrative Officer

About the Company

Our client is a trading and manufacturing group with diverse investments in consumer goods, electronics, automobile accessories, paper, and other high-impact products. Due to expansion, they are seeking a Documentation Officer/Treasury Administrative Officer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and track trade-related documents such as ECD, BoE, and other required paperwork from initiation to clearance
  • Maintain effective working relationships with banks and financial institutions to support treasury operations
  • Prepare, update, and maintain treasury reports, trackers, and compliance records
  • Handle documentation related to bank facilities, credit lines, and other treasury transactions
  • Coordinate with banks for execution of instructions, facility renewals, and other related matters
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental objectives

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, treasury, or administrative support roles
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual
  • Strong interest in finance, treasury, or accounting
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Previous experience in a finance-related or administrative role (advantageous)
