Description
- We are seeking a Document Control and Administrative Officer to manage and maintain an efficient document control system that ensures accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality.
- The role also supports compliance, contract oversight, and general administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain secure and organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Update, archive, and dispose of documents in line with retention policies.
- Generate reports on document status, revisions, and compliance metrics.
- Ensure all records meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Oversee contract and license documentation to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Health Information Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years experience in document control or healthcare administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
