Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Dispatch Rider based in Victoria Island and surrounding areas including Lekki, Jakande, Sangotedo, Yaba, Surulere, Ikorodu, Ikeja GRA, MMA2, ICM, and Abule-Egba.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders to customers efficiently and on time
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition
• Respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally
• Comply with all traffic and safety regulations
• Ensure efficient delivery of orders across assigned routes

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Familiarity with the local area and ability to navigate efficiently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a similar dispatch or delivery role
