About the Role

Zenith Carex International Limited is seeking an experienced Dispatch Rider to join our operations team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation and delivery of items to clients and suppliers while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients in a respectful and professional manner
• Load, transport, and deliver items to clients and suppliers with care
• Ensure correct quantity and types of products are delivered to the right location and customers
• Pick up and deliver parcels and send/post letters and documents to designated locations
• Examine items for accuracy regarding destination, route, rate, and delivery time
• Verify items issued and delivered by submitting acknowledgment copies and reporting any discrepancies
• Ensure acknowledgment copies are returned to the office
• Keep the Operations Manager informed of any issues encountered during pickup or delivery
• Handle all shipments safely and securely
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe riding record

Requirements

• First Degree qualification (minimum)
• At least 3 years of dispatch rider experience
• Valid Rider's Card/Permit
• Proficient in riding a bike efficiently and carefully
• Excellent knowledge of Agbor and its surrounding areas
• Courteous demeanor with strong integrity
• Good personal hygiene standards
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
