About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join their dispatch team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of items while maintaining excellent customer communication throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep customers informed by forwarding delivery notices, providing current status updates, and answering delivery-related questions
• Contact customers to verify delivery addresses before dispatch
• Pick up items and deliver them safely to customers on time
• Perform other dispatch duties as assigned

Requirements

• OND (Ordinary National Diploma) qualification
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in dispatch or delivery operations
