Position Overview - We are seeking a reliable and proactive Dispatch Rider to join our logistics team. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of packages, documents, and goods to clients and partners, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and goods to assigned destinations. - Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition. - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections. - Communicate effectively with dispatch officers and clients regarding delivery status. - Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times. - Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the motorcycle. - Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly. Requirements: - Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification (preferred). - Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role. - Valid rider’s license and good knowledge of road safety regulations. - Familiarity with routes and locations within the city. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions: - Full-time position with flexible working hours depending on delivery schedules. - Outdoor work environment, requiring physical stamina and alertness. - May involve weekend depending on business needs.
