## Title: Direct Sales Agent
About This Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in enterprise sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans while building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve enterprise sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision makers, and influencers
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate complex contracts and proposals, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and legal requirements
- Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and providing regular updates to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with colleagues and customers
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to create and develop sales strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
