Role Overview - The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving client acquisition, nurturing relationships, and promoting investment product - This role requires a proactive, persuasive professional who thrives in financial services and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: - Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. - Promote the products. Sales & Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement. - Provide tailored financial solutions aligned with client needs and goals. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Support: - Guide clients through onboarding and investment processes. - Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client inquiries. Required Qualifications: & Skills - Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 3 years experience. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is an advantage. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
