## Title: Digital Sales Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Officer to lead and execute online sales strategies, drive customer acquisition through digital platforms, and optimize the end-to-end digital sales funnel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, digital innovation, marketing, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital sales strategies to meet revenue and sales targets
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and digital campaigns to drive sales
  • Identify and pursue new digital sales opportunities across various online platforms
  • Analyse customer behaviour and digital sales performance using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with the brand team to develop marketing materials and content creation that drives customer engagement and sales
  • Develop strategies that improve user experience and increase sales conversion rates
  • Monitor market trends to inform strategy development
  • Provide regular reports on digital sales metrics, return on investment, and marketing strategy effectiveness
  • Drive sales from non-digital platforms where digital platforms are not meeting set targets
  • Support administrative functions for BPO services (Protocol services, Ground Handling, and Facility Management)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Business Administration
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in social media marketing and sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Innovative mindset with a strong drive for achieving results
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising across major platforms
  • Ability to analyse data and share insights for decision-making
  • Business networking skills
