About the Role

Bukka Hospitality Limited (Bukka Hut) is expanding its dynamic team and seeking talented Digital Sales Agents to join our Lagos-based contact center. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through online channels, promoting and selling digital products, building strong customer relationships, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from customers
• Take customer orders, process them, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and effectively
• Provide customers with necessary information and support via digital platforms
• Lead generation and creation of sales presentations
• Save and maintain accurate customer information in the company database
• Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve sales goals

Requirements & Qualifications

• Zero to two years of work experience
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
