Digital Marketing Specialist at Genesis Deluxe Cinemas (GDC)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Genesis Deluxe Cinemas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising channels
• Manage the company's online presence and ensure brand consistency across platforms
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, and blog posts
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools
• Drive lead generation efforts and optimize conversion funnels
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audiences, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Manage and optimize company website content and structure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and manage social media platforms
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.)
