About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Asokoro, Lagos. We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive online engagement and enhance our brand's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and optimize web traffic
• Enhance the brand's digital presence across all online channels
• Manage social media accounts and execute online marketing campaigns
• Analyze web traffic data using analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to create digital content that aligns with business objectives
• Ensure communication strategies support overall business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to effectively manage campaigns and improve audience engagement
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to design, optimize, and evaluate marketing strategies based on performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills for clear collaboration across teams and creating engaging messaging for campaigns
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines and achieving marketing goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with local markets
