What You’ll Do - Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms. - Lead advanced SEO initiatives — audits, keyword strategy, on-page & technical optimization. - Manage paid advertising with a focus on ROAS, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation. - Create high-performing content — blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and campaign assets. - Analyze performance via GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other analytics tools. - Optimize landing pages and funnels to boost client ROI. - Consult with clients on strategy, growth opportunities, and platform selection. - Contribute to Axon’s thought leadership through articles and internal marketing projects. What You’ll Bring - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven client results. - Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, and analytics. - Strong strategic and data-driven mindset — able to turn metrics into meaningful insights. - Excellent content and storytelling ability; strong written communication. - Bonus: WordPress/Elementor skills, marketing automation (HubSpot/MoEngage), or basic HTML/CSS.
