We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Summary - The Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist will drive qualified lead generation, optimize digital campaigns, and support revenue growth. The role combines data-driven marketing, sales enablement, and conversion-focused strategies to ensure marketing efforts directly impact pipeline and business results. Core Responsibilities - Run lead gen campaigns across social, email, PPC, and web. - Manage nurture flows (MQL → SQL) and retargeting. - Support Sales with CRM journeys, follow-ups, and lead qualification. - Execute ABM campaigns and virtual events. - Manage SEO/SEM, paid ads, and performance analytics. - Provide insights, content support, and weekly/monthly reports. Requirements - Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business or related field. - 4+ years in digital marketing or performance marketing (B2B/SaaS is a plus). - Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, CRM tools. - Strong copywriting, analytics, SEO/SEM, and conversion optimization skills.
