Key Responsibilities
Video Content Creation & Brand Communication
- Shoot and edit high-quality marketing videos for social media and digital campaigns
- Create engaging video content for promotions, product highlights, and brand storytelling
- Use AI tools to enhance video editing, content optimization, and campaign performance
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and others)
- Schedule, monitor, and analyze posts to increase engagement and followers
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build strong customer relationships
Digital Advertising & Analytics
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media and digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Optimize ad performance using insights, A/B testing, and performance analytics
- Prepare periodic digital marketing performance reports for management review
Email Marketing
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for promotions, customer retention, and product updates
- Build and segment email lists for targeted communication
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve performance
Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with management to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals
- Contribute innovative ideas for promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement
Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management
