A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Role Summary - The Digital Marketing Generalist will be responsible for executing and managing the company’s digital marketing activities across online channels to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. This is a hands-on execution role that supports sales performance and overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Execution - Plan, execute, and manage day-to-day digital marketing activities across social media, email, website, and paid platforms. - Create and schedule engaging content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.), including community management and engagement. - Support digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) and monitor performance. Lead Generation & Campaign Support - Support lead generation campaigns for property sales and brand initiatives. - Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales priorities. - Track campaign performance and optimize content and ads for better results. Content & Brand Support - Assist with basic graphic design needs (Canva or similar tools). - Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. - Support marketing materials for launches, promotions, and events. Reporting & Analytics - Track digital marketing metrics (reach, engagement, leads). - Prepare simple weekly/monthly performance reports. - Maintain marketing trackers and dashboards. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with Sales, Admin, and external vendors where required. - Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools. - Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through testing and feedback. Requirements: - 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or similar role. - Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, and digital ads. - Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta insights, Google Analytics, etc.). - Strong communication and execution skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
