Digital Marketing Expert (Senior Level)

About the Role

UpperMark Solutions Limited is seeking a strategic, result-oriented Digital Marketing Expert to join our team in Lagos. With over 4 years of hands-on experience, you will lead and execute comprehensive digital strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and project management excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary lead for client digital accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed performance KPIs
• Design and implement 360° digital marketing campaigns involving SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email Marketing
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to monitor campaign health and provide actionable insights
• Oversee the creation of high-converting ad copy and visual assets, working closely with designers and content creators
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, presenting monthly reports and strategic recommendations for growth

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of professional digital marketing experience (Agency experience is a significant plus)
• Technical proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with high attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Must reside in Surulere or on the Lagos Mainland to ensure proximity to the office
