Job Overview

Rome Business School Nigeria seeks a dedicated Digital Marketing Executive to optimize campaigns, generate qualified leads, and strengthen the institution's digital presence. This role offers the opportunity to drive student recruitment and institutional growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive student recruitment and enrollment growth through effective digital marketing initiatives across major online platforms
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure optimal reach, engagement, and conversion outcomes
  • Maintain a strong, user-friendly institutional digital presence that supports academic information delivery and brand credibility
  • Ensure digital messaging and promotional materials are aligned with institutional objectives and intake timelines
  • Deliver periodic performance insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Support institutional visibility through market awareness and competitive landscape assessments
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy in institutional marketing materials across digital and print channels
  • Support institutional events, outreach programs, and engagement activities to enhance brand presence
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to strengthen student experience, communication effectiveness, and institutional reputation

Requirements

  • BSc, HND, or OND in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within the education sector
  • Strong Excel skills and experience using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) for student lead tracking
  • Hands-on experience with SEM, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media management
  • Knowledge of email marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing research tools such as SEMrush
  • Strong communication skills with an understanding of communication philosophy
  • Relevant marketing certifications (an added advantage)
