Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok to generate quality leads
• Manage email and SMS campaigns, including segmentation, automation, testing, and reporting
• Conduct research on emerging digital marketing channels, tools, and trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Ensure SunFi's digital touchpoints deliver a consistent, engaging, and customer-friendly experience
• Develop creative ideas for digital campaigns that reflect SunFi's fun and edgy brand personality
• Support SEO efforts by ensuring campaign assets and landing pages are optimized for discoverability
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards, reporting on KPIs such as CTR, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
• Manage A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email and SMS campaigns to continuously improve performance
• Monitor customer engagement across digital channels and ensure timely, professional follow-up
• Create regular performance dashboards and insights reports to guide marketing decision-making
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations, incorporating relevant strategies into SunFi's campaigns
• Support SunFi's broader marketing goals by ensuring digital campaigns align with overall company objectives
