About the Role

An established company is seeking a Digital Marketing & IT Specialist to manage the company's online presence, lead generation efforts, and support internal technology infrastructure. This role combines creative marketing expertise with technical IT knowledge to drive property sales, maintain systems, and ensure seamless digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing (60%)

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote property listings, open houses, and brand awareness
• Manage company websites and update property listings while ensuring SEO best practices to generate quality leads across all markets
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Oversee social media content planning, posting, and engagement to grow audience and lead conversion in collaboration with the content team
• Post regularly on Instagram Community channels
• Create and distribute email campaigns and newsletters using tools such as Mailchimp and HubSpot
• Generate SEO-optimized content to drive high traffic to the website
• Monitor performance metrics including traffic, leads, and conversions using Google Analytics and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with sales agents to support marketing needs for individual listings and agent branding
• Recommend and support digital advertising initiatives and owned social media campaigns

IT Support & Systems (40%)

• Provide day-to-day technical support to office staff for hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitor and ensure smooth operation of networks, email systems, and websites to maximize user benefits
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to property listing feeds
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
