Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content (text, images, videos, graphics, and stories) across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels

Community Management & Engagement

• Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, customers, and potential clients in a timely and professional manner
• Foster customer relationships by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and encouraging discussions
• Collaborate with realtors on marketing initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tools
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience in influencer or affiliate marketing
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools
