## Title: Digital Marketer

Role Overview

The Digital Marketer is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing and paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms to increase the company's visibility, generate leads, drive online sales, and strengthen the company's digital footprint across its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audience, market, and competitor research
  • Define marketing campaign objectives — brand awareness, traffic generation, lead acquisition, or conversions
  • Develop comprehensive media plans and allocate budgets across platforms
  • Create and maintain digital audience personas for targeted campaigns
  • Coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure marketing alignment across departments
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives (images, videos, carousels)
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across all social media platforms
  • Ensure campaigns meet platform compliance and brand safety standards
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 1–2 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or tech environment
  • Proven success managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Proficiency in ad platforms: Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Excellent copywriting and creative storytelling skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting ability
  • Experience with remote work tools (Slack, Trello, or Asana)
