• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media and other channels
• Run and continually optimize high-performing online ad campaigns and social media ads
• Track and evaluate key performance metrics, delivering clear insights and reports
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to develop integrated marketing strategies
• Support website content updates and landing page optimization
• Conduct research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitive activities
• Produce engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, and videos

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and SEM
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with graphic design tools
