Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
• Create engaging content (graphics, captions, blogs, short videos) tailored to different platforms
• Manage company websites and social media pages, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion)
• Optimize campaigns using SEO, keywords, and audience insights
• Collaborate with the team to promote books, authors, and publishing services
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new strategies for growth

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)
• Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and website management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the publishing, media, or creative industry
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools
• Photography, video editing, or graphic design skills
