About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive online visibility, audience engagement, and brand growth. You will play a key role in managing the company's social media presence, optimizing content for multiple platforms, and running campaigns that boost engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and other platforms)
• Create engaging content strategies to boost audience engagement and brand visibility
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using analytics tools
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and best practices
• Collaborate with production and creative teams to align digital strategies with overall brand goals

Core Competencies

• Proven expertise in YouTube, Instagram, and other major social media platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms
• Excellent content creation and storytelling skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital metrics and trends
• Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related role
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and social media management platforms
• Demonstrated ability to grow and manage digital communities
• Portfolio of past campaigns/projects (a plus)
