## Title: Digital Marketer

Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. The Digital Marketer will design and execute digital marketing and business-development strategy. This role combines online marketing expertise with lead generation and client outreach, ensuring a strong digital presence while actively sourcing and pursuing new consultancy opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Manage content creation and campaigns across the website, email, and social media platforms
  • Coordinate paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and optimize SEO/SEM for higher search rankings
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as web traffic, engagement, and campaign ROI

Opportunity Sourcing & Lead Generation

  • Identify consultancy opportunities online—including tenders, RFPs, donor-funded projects, and partnership calls—via relevant portals, professional networks, and industry websites
  • Build and maintain a database of prospects and qualified leads
  • Draft and send personalized outreach communications to potential clients and partners
  • Follow up on leads through email, calls, and LinkedIn to nurture relationships and convert prospects into contracts
  • Collaborate with the operations team to prepare capability statements and marketing collateral for proposals

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM or lead tracker, recording all communications and next steps
  • Provide weekly reports on leads generated, proposals submitted, and follow-up status
  • Support the consulting team in scheduling meetings and presentations with prospects

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4 years' experience in digital marketing and B2B lead generation, preferably in professional services
