Digital Marketer and Content Creator

About the Role

Kayode Obembe Properties Limited is seeking a talented Digital Marketer and Content Creator to develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and websites
• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms)
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, ads, newsletters, and basic visuals
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms) and monitor performance
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Manage website updates and ensure SEO best practices are followed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital ads, and content marketing
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
• Basic video editing skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Experience in real estate, finance, or service-based industries
