Digital Fundraising & Google Ads Specialist at Sim Impacting Lives Foundation

Role Summary

We are seeking a Digital Fundraising & Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads Grant account and lead our digital fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate is experienced in Google Ads, SEO/SEM strategies, and has a deep understanding of nonprofit marketing and donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize the organization's Google Ads Grant account to ensure compliance and performance
• Develop compelling ad copy and campaigns to drive website traffic, donations, volunteer sign-ups, and program awareness
• Create and execute digital fundraising strategies across channels including Google Ads, email marketing, and landing pages
• Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools
• Collaborate with the programs and communications teams to align digital efforts with organizational mission and campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing of ad variations and implement data-driven improvements
• Provide monthly reports and strategic recommendations for growth

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Google Ads, preferably with nonprofits or Google Ads Grant accounts
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and fundraising campaigns
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data reporting tools
• Ability to write clear, compelling ad copy and optimize for conversions
• Passion for social impact and commitment to advancing equity and justice

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with fundraising platforms and donor engagement strategies
