Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy Digital Engagement & Content Manager who can manage platforms, create content, follow up on leads, support admin work, and use AI to build efficient systems. This role focuses exclusively on organic growth—no paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Growth & Engagement
- Grow engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Increase comments, saves, shares, direct messages, and inbound leads
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally
- Build online community and brand trust
- Monitor content performance and improve strategy based on data
Content Creation
- Create high-quality photos and videos using your smartphone
- Record reels, stories, behind-the-scenes content, client testimonials, and daily brand content
- Edit content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, and VN
- Maintain consistent posting schedules across all platforms
- Plan and organize content calendars on a weekly basis
Writing & Communication
- Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, and storytelling content
- Write professional messages for client communication
- Assist with emails, proposals, internal documents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
Lead Management & Admin Support
- Follow up on leads through direct messages and emails
- Track and organize lead information
- Support administrative tasks as needed
AI Tools & Workflow Optimization
- Use AI tools to create efficient systems and workflows
- Implement automation to improve productivity and consistency
- Continuously explore new tools to enhance team efficiency
Essential Requirements
- A high-quality smartphone with excellent camera capabilities suitable for professional content creation (this is a strict requirement)
- Strong organizational and creative skills
- Tech-savvy with experience managing social media platforms
- Experience with mobile content creation and editing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital workflows
