Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand voice, audience interests, and business goals
• Generate creative, on-trend ideas for shows, social media, web, and promotional campaigns
• Create high-quality multimedia content — including copywriting, graphics, videos, and interactive posts — optimized for each platform
• Edit and proofread content to maintain quality, consistency, and brand tone
• Collaborate closely with presenters, producers, designers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Manage and update content calendars for shows, social, and digital platforms
• Monitor performance analytics (engagement, reach, listenership) and adjust strategies accordingly
• Stay updated on pop culture, entertainment, and digital media trends to keep content fresh and relevant
• Support live coverage of events, interviews, and campaigns across platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital content, media production, or social media
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut)
• Proactive and trend-savvy mindset
• Strong collaborative skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, media-driven environment

• Photography and videography
• Understanding of SEO, analytics, and social media advertising
• Experience managing livestreams or live event content
