About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital and Growth Marketing Associate to join our Fertility Hospital Network's marketing team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager to execute digital marketing strategies that promote fertility and reproductive health services, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen patient engagement across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve visibility of fertility services and drive qualified inquiries
- Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated patient outreach programmes
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with clinical and brand guidelines
Growth & Analytics
- Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversions, patient leads, ROI)
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and appointment booking funnels
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the Digital Marketing Manager to inform strategy
Content Development & Brand Communication
- Collaborate with the communications team to produce informative, empathetic, and compliant fertility-related content (blogs, awareness posts, infographics)
- Ensure all marketing materials align with healthcare advertising standards and uphold patient confidentiality
- Manage and monitor social media pages, engaging with patients and the fertility community
