Diesel Coordinator

Position Overview: - We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Diesel Coordinator to manage diesel tracking, fuel consumption reporting, and monitoring of diesel supply operations across sites. - The role is critical to ensuring operational continuity, cost efficiency, and accurate diesel documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Daily tracking of diesel consumption and fuel drops on generators - Monitor fuel supply using remote monitoring tools (e.g., RMS/Galooli) - Track diesel movement, supply, and site fuel levels - Prepare and submit weekly and monthly diesel reports to clients - Monitor diesel supply cycles and escalate gaps or delays - Manage F1 documentation for diesel movement, retrieval, and supply - •nterface with clients on diesel-related issues - Conduct diesel reconciliation and cost analysis - Monitor vendor performance and fuel delivery efficiency - Support compliance, audit, and safety reporting Required Qualifications: & Experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field - Experience in fuel management, site operations, or telecom infrastructure is an advantage - Minimum of 2–5 years relevant operational or fuel coordination experience - Experience working with monitoring systems or operational tracking tools Skills: & Competencies - Strong data analysis and reporting skills - Good understanding of diesel engines and fuel systems - High attention to detail and documentation accuracy - Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills - Good problem-solving and escalation management ability - Strong communication and reporting skills.
