Devops Engineer

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Role Summary - A leading bank is looking for a DevOps Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for building, securing, automating, and maintaining the bank’s infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and deployment processes. The role ensures high system availability, security, and regulatory compliance for mission-critical banking applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for banking applications - Deploy, manage, and monitor applications across cloud and on-premise infrastructure - Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar - Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes - Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) - Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies - Enforce security best practices, vulnerability management, and access control - Work closely with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles - Support compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, internal IT controls) Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering - Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms - Proficiency in Linux system administration - Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) - Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, or similar) - Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, and system security - Experience in financial or enterprise systems is a strong advantage
