Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos Position Overview: - We are seeking a skilled Design Draftsperson to produce accurate technical drawings and construction documents based on specifications from engineers and architects. - The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and support project execution through high-quality drafting. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, sections, and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks). - Interpret design specifications, sketches, and technical documents. - Ensure drawings comply with industry and company drafting standards. - Add dimensions, annotations, materials, and technical details to drawings. - Update and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes. - Manage drawing files, version control, and documentation. - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams. - Provide technical drafting support during construction. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Design Draftsperson or Draftsman in the construction industry. - Proficiency in CAD software and drafting standards. - Strong attention to detail and time management skills. - Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Working Conditions: - Office-based with occasional site visits. - Full-time role; extended hours may be required. Salary N300,000 monthly.
