Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Operations Manager for our branch located in Iyana Ipaja, Lagos State. In this vital role, you will support the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth organizational operations and help achieve predefined organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Supervise and coordinate the work of operational staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Assist in budget planning, cost control measures, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Prepare reports on operational performance, including analysis and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Minimum HND qualification
• 3 years of previous work experience in a similar role
