## Title: Deposit Mobilizer / Relationship Manager
Job Summary
The Deposit Mobilizer / Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving deposit growth, managing high-value client relationships, and delivering tailored financial advisory services to optimize customer wealth portfolios.
The ideal candidate possesses strong financial acumen, strategic networking skills, and a deep understanding of investment advisory within Nigeria's dynamic financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically source and mobilize deposits within the range of ₦200 million to ₦300 million monthly, leveraging both existing and new client networks
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continuous engagement and personalized financial solutions that align with their objectives
- Provide expert guidance on investment opportunities to help clients maximize returns while mitigating risk exposure
- Support clients in achieving both short-term and long-term financial goals through structured financial planning and advisory services
- Evaluate clients' investment risk appetite to develop bespoke wealth management strategies tailored to individual profiles
- Identify, engage, and convert new prospects while expanding the institution's client base and deposit portfolio
- Monitor deposit performance, client satisfaction, and portfolio growth, ensuring alignment with corporate financial targets
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 3 - 5 years' experience in deposit mobilization, wealth management, or relationship management within a financial institution
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly deposit targets
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio advisory
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and business ethics
