A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated Deposit Mobilization Officer to join their team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to drive deposit growth while building strong client relationships in the financial services sector.

Salary

150,000 - 200,000 (Net)

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell all deposit products including Savings and Fixed Deposit accounts
• Source new deposit clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Regularly update and maintain customers' deposit history records
• Enhance and establish relationships with both existing and prospective deposit customers
• Conduct daily and weekly cash collections and repayments
• Achieve set targets in deposit mobilization and other assigned tasks
• Participate in market initiatives and promotional activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in any related discipline
• 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
