About the Role

We are seeking a proactive field marketer who understands how to build strong relationships within the healthcare ecosystem. This role involves engaging dental clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and corporate prospects to promote our laboratory services. You will combine sales, client nurturing, field presence, and light marketing support to expand the company's reach and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and onboard new clients for laboratory services
• Conduct field visits to dental clinics, hospitals, and prospects
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain regular client communication
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Track and report sales progress, client pipelines, and field feedback

Requirements

• ND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare or laboratory services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong client relationship management and proactive approach
• Good understanding of Lagos routes and ability to manage multiple field visits
• Ability to achieve monthly sales and activity targets

• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media engagement

Monthly Salary: ₦150,000 (Gross)
