Dean Faculty of Law at El-Amin University

About the Role

This is an on-site position for the Dean of the Faculty of Law at El-Amin University in Minna. The Dean will provide strategic leadership and academic oversight for the law faculty, driving excellence in teaching, research, and institutional advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage academic policies and programs of the law faculty
• Oversee curriculum development and ensure academic excellence in teaching and research
• Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives for the faculty
• Support and mentor faculty members in their professional development
• Promote the faculty's vision within and outside the university community
• Participate in university committees and governance structures
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve institutional objectives

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in Law or related field
• Significant academic and professional experience in the field of law
• Proven experience in curriculum development and teaching in higher education
• Strong background in education and research
• Expertise in strategic planning and academic administration
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Minna
