## Title: Dealership Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Dealership Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our dealer network. This position offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives across our dealership operations and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
  • Monitor dealership and distribution sales performance, providing data-driven insights and support for improvement
  • Conduct sales forecasting, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Drive growth in dealer sales, market share, and lead-to-customer conversion rates
  • Maximize average deal value and overall sales effectiveness across the channel
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a strong network of automotive dealerships, distributors, and resellers
  • Monitor dealer and customer satisfaction levels
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and drive adoption of new vehicle models or services
  • Identify and pursue new channel growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and ensure channel readiness
  • Manage and resolve channel conflicts while ensuring adherence to program guidelines
  • Monitor representative retention within partner organizations to ensure channel stability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, channel management, or dealership development (preferably in automotive or related sectors)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage conflicts and align diverse stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
