Data Support Executive (VAS Services) at Fort Knox Group

About the Role

Fort Knox Group seeks a dedicated Data Support Executive to manage and analyze Value-Added Services (VAS) data across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, generating insights, and supporting business operations through effective data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and validate subscriber and service-related data from VAS platforms (SMS, USSD, Shortcodes)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor key VAS service metrics, including registrations, participation, and traffic trends
• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies across multiple systems
• Maintain detailed and accurate campaign and service records
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to support ongoing VAS initiatives
• Learn and apply modern data analytics tools to enhance reporting efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the VAS and telecoms industry

Advantageous Skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
