Data Entry Officer

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - We are looking for a detail oriented Data Entry Officer to collect, review, and input daily sales, kitchen, and inventory reports from assigned outlets. - The role requires accuracy, timely follow up, and collaboration with the Business Analysis and Business Development team. Key Responsibilities: - Collect daily sales, kitchen, and inventory reports from outlets - Ensure all reports are submitted on time and are accurate - Vet and verify reports before entering into the system - Input validated data into the company system for record purposes - Follow up on late, missing, or incorrect reports - Ensure inventory figures are accurate and properly reconciled - Work closely with the Business Analysis and Business Development Manager. Requirements: - HND or BSc in Statistics, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Fresh NYSC can also apply) - Experience in data entry, reporting, or fast food operations is an advantage - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets - Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy - Good communication and follow up skills. Salary & Benefits - N180,000 monthly - Other benefits as applicable.
