## Title: Data Analyst & Tender Buyer
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join the Supply Chain office. In this role, you will report to the Supply Chain Coordinator and play a key part in ensuring the company's objectives are met through data-driven insights and procurement support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare presentations for executive-level communication as requested
- Identify valuable insights from mathematical and statistical analysis of available data to ensure a smoother ramp-up period for the terminal
- Manage high-volume workload proactively to consistently high standards by setting priorities, objectives, and target dates
- Apply process improvement approaches across all aspects of work, identifying and implementing efficient administrative practices while anticipating future support needs
- Support various improvements and optimizations by providing data-driven perspectives
- Act as a strategic partner for management by providing data-based insights in various operational areas
- Serve as a focal point collaborating across departments to develop the business intelligence solution
- Promote the self-service business intelligence solution and support the organization's learning curve as a super user
- Oversee reporting of all operational performance indicators, both internally and externally
- Fulfill the tender buyer role within the procurement unit
- Deliver high-quality data visualizations as required
Required Qualifications
- More than 2 years of experience as a data analyst or in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and other statistical tools
- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solutions recommendations
- Strong capability to translate business requirements into non-technical, understandable terms
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player with ability to work independently
