• Analyse user engagement, feature adoption, and retention data to assess digital product performance
• Monitor customer behaviour, conversion funnels, and usage trends to enhance overall product experience
• Prepare management reports by identifying and stating trends, patterns, and predictions based on relevant data sets related to the digital platform
• Analyse data, provide insights, and make recommendations on how to improve existing features and support actionable decision-making processes
• Implement data quality monitoring that alerts the team of possible data issues
• Monitor and troubleshoot operational or data issues in data pipelines
