Job Summary

ILEOJA Academy is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Data Analysis Instructor to train students in data analytics both online and onsite. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with analytical tools, real-world data projects, and a strong ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.

Job Description

The Data Analysis Instructor will design, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences in data analytics. You will guide students through data collection, cleaning, visualization, and interpretation using relevant tools and technologies. The instructor will prepare course materials, support students during projects, and ensure they gain practical, job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions (online and onsite)
• Develop lesson plans, course content, and training materials
• Teach data analysis concepts including:
  • Data collection and cleaning
  • Data visualization
  • Statistical analysis
  • Dashboard creation and reporting
• Train students on tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib), and Tableau
• Assign and evaluate student projects and assessments
• Provide mentorship and guidance to help students build portfolios
• Collaborate with the academy's management to improve the curriculum
• Maintain student engagement and ensure timely delivery of lectures

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Data Analyst, Google Data Analytics, Coursera, Udemy) are an added advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Prior teaching or training experience (online or offline) is preferred
• Experience working on real-world data projects
