Role Overview

The Dancers Manager will be responsible for the coordination, grooming, and overall management of exotic dancers. She will ensure that dancers are well-presented, trained, and aligned with the entertainment and customer service standards of our establishment.

This role requires strong leadership, tact, and the ability to manage people in real-time, resolving issues swiftly while upholding professionalism and the venue's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise exotic dancers during operating hours
• Ensure dancers are well-presented at all times, including appearance, grooming, costumes, hair, and makeup
• Coordinate dancers' schedules, performances, and floor rotations
• Enforce discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies
• Resolve dancers' operational issues in real-time, ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience
• Investigate dancers' complaints or disputes, providing policy-driven solutions
• Work closely with entertainment teams (DJs, hypemen, bottle service, floor managers) to synchronize dancers' performances with the nightlife flow
• Train and mentor dancers on performance etiquette, customer engagement, and stage presence
• Monitor dancers' interactions with customers to ensure professionalism and compliance with club standards
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers to maximize upselling opportunities through dancer engagement and presence
• Report on dancers' performance, attendance, and disciplinary issues to senior management
• Ensure an environment of safety, respect, and customer satisfaction while balancing entertainment and business goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment venues (preferably in a management capacity)
