Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Position Overview:
- The role involves attending to customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally (in-store and other channels as required).
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions and issue receipts.
- Assist with product arrangement and shelf displays.
- Record and escalate customer complaints when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND / BSc.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or retail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, confident, and well-presented.
- Basic POS or computer knowledge is an advantage.
