Customer Service/Telesales Representative at Nik De Panache Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service/Telesales Representative to serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries and drive sales through effective communication and follow-up. You will be responsible for managing client interactions, responding to property inquiries, qualifying leads, scheduling viewings, and maintaining client relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong sales acumen, and a commitment to achieving performance targets while upholding the company's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for prospective and existing clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries while providing accurate information on properties and pricing
• Qualify and prioritize leads to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Coordinate property viewings, site inspections, and manage follow-up communication with clients
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads using the company's CRM system
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and conversion targets
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex cases appropriately
• Assist with customer retention activities, including after-sales follow-up and satisfaction surveys
• Provide regular reports on client engagement and performance metrics
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams during promotional campaigns

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2–5 years' experience in customer service or client-facing roles within real estate or property sales
• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Strong sales orientation with proven ability to meet targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of real estate operations
