Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Support Representative to manage orders, support logistics, and serve as a key point of contact for customers in the wood distribution industry. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across sales, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of wood products. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support & Order Management - Receive, enter, and confirm customer orders (species, grade, dimensions, quantities) - Communicate pricing, availability, lead times, and order status - Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and in person Logistics & Coordination - Coordinate deliveries and pickups with warehouses and transport providers - Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or changes - Prepare and verify shipping documents (BOLs, invoices, packing lists)
