A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join their team as a Customer Service and Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be the bridge between the company and its customers, providing exceptional service while managing social media presence and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with fashion advice and product recommendations throughout their shopping experience
• Handle all content creation processes and work directly with the creative department
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, and social media) in a professional and friendly manner
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of post-NYSC experience in customer care and social media personnel roles
